University choices & deadline management

The European application process can often be intimidating for American applicants. Europa Prep typically starts its work with students by identifying schools that match their cultural and academic interests. Unlike the US, most European schools have their own application portals. We help students manage deadlines, organize obtaining documents, and (if necessary) translate their transcripts.

Cultural Literacy - Application drafts & Essay-writing

Like the Common App in the US, most European applications contain personal statements or letters of motivation. However, European essays require a drastically different tone and focus than the standard American application. Our expert tutors assist students with outlining and drafting compelling and culturally appropriate essays for their target universities. In addition, we also offer small group courses for students who are interested in learning how to write in the European style. 

Administrative assistance - housing & visa status

Many European universities do not offer on-campus housing, so we search for suitable accommodation for our students. In addition, we assist European citizens with obtaining the necessary student visas to study in their country of choice. We match students who wish to attend bilingual or European language-based programs with native-speaking tutors.
